Europe’s top figure skaters will be in action at the European Figure Skating Championships 2025 which gets underway in Tallinn, Estonia on January 29.

The skaters will compete for medals in men’s, women’s, pairs skating and ice dance categories. Additionally, medals are awarded to skaters who achieved the highest placements in short program, rhythm dance, free skating and free dance.

Great Britain’s ice dancers Lilah Fear and Lewis Gibson won silver medals in the previous two editions and are aiming to do one better by clinching gold in Tallinn.

France’s Adam Siao Him Fa is aiming to complete a hat-trick of European titles in the men’s event as are the Italian pair of Marco Fabbri and Charlene Guignard in the ice dance event.

The European Figure Skating Championships 2025 will be broadcast on the BBC Red Button channel. The majority of events from the competition will be broadcast on the BBC Red Button One and BBC Red Button HD channel from January 29 to 31.

BBC iPlayer will also be showing select sessions for fans to live stream the action.
