European airline Swiss is set to introduce a new daily service from Geneva to Berlin as part of its upcoming winter schedule.
Flights will commence on 28 October and, according to the Lufthansa Group carrier, the service will “strengthen” its presence in Northern Germany, where it currently operates four-times-weekly flights to Hamburg from Geneva.
Eurowings, another member of the Lufthansa Group, also plans to expand operations at Berlin Brandenburg Airport this winter. The low-cost carrier will increase the frequency of its Berlin-Dubai service to daily, and plans to commence a new three-times-weekly connection to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
