Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán likened Trump’s reelection to a tornado. “The Trump tornado has changed the world in just a few weeks… yesterday we were heretics; today, we are the mainstream”. French far-right leader Marine Le Pen linked Trump’s win to a global transformation. “Donald Trump’s victory cannot be seen as a mere alternation of power in a democratic country, nor as the democratic outburst of a nation in decline. We are witnessing a true global shift.” The rally’s host, Spanish Vox leader Santiago Abascal, warned against digital censorship, calling it a threat to freedom.
