The islanders, who had dominated the tournament, beat Norway by six wickets to win the title in Germany.
Ben Ward took 3-9 and captain Charles Perchard 2-5 as Norway could only manage 69 all out off 15.4 overs, with Jersey’s bowlers outclassing their opponents.
In reply, Harrison Carlyon hit 20 and Asa Tribe 21 as Jersey made 71-4 off 7.1 overs.
Jersey qualified for the final after a 165-run win over Serbia, a 167-run victory over Switzerland and a 108-run win against Belgium before their final pool game with Croatia was rained off.
