Etihad Airways will increase flight frequencies to Europe as part of its summer 2025 schedule with twice daily flights to major cities across the region.
The carrier plans to operate year-round, twice daily flights between Abu Dhabi and Milan, Rome, Manchester, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Barcelona and Madrid.
A second daily flight to Paris will also be added from 15 January 2025 following the introduction of new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, which will feature first class, business and economy cabins.
The added frequencies are “conveniently timed”, according to the carrier, for morning and evening departures and arrivals.
“We are delivering on our strategic promise to serve more key destinations twice daily as fast as we can, and our summer schedule underscores our commitment to growth,” said Arik De, chief revenue and commercial officer at Etihad Airways.
As well as added flight frequencies on existing European routes, the carrier will also commence new routes to Warsaw in Poland and the Czech capital Prague from early June next year.
