Neymar‘s agent has been in talks with European giants Barcelona and Bayern Munich over a summer transfer, according to a report.
The Brazilian has begun to rediscover his form since completing a fairytale return to his boyhood club Santos in January.
Neymar has three goals and three assists in seven games for the outfit and this week was called up to the national team for the first time in almost 18 months following a torrid spell with injury.
Despite reports that Santos would be keen for the 33-year-old to stay beyond the end of the season, according to Spanish outlet Sport, his agent Pini Zahavi has been in talks over a potential move to Barcelona or Bavaria.
Zahavi played a key role in Neymar’s record-breaking transfer from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017, as well as his ill-fated subsequent move to Al Hilal.
The super agent reportedly enjoys a close relationship with Barcelona president Joan Laporte, amid LaLiga giants’ interest in a left winger this summer.

However, due to the Catalan club’s financial constraints, any move for their former star is likely to depend on player sales. Though, the report claims that Neymar is ‘willing to accept a reasonable salary’ to facilitate a return to the Nou Camp.
Last month, Santos president Marcelo Teixeira said he was confident Neymar will extend his stay at the club at least until the 2026 World Cup.
‘With Neymar’s arrival, we have 75,000 members,’ he told ESPN. ‘Today, we can measure what is related to the technical aspect, what represents the financial aspect.
‘All financial objectives will be increased, above what we previously estimated. If everything goes well, the tendency is for this partnership to continue and be expanded until next year’s World Cup.’
Neymar had previously netted 136 senior goals for Santos between 2009 and 2013 before leaving Brazil for Barcelona.
He scored 105 goals in 186 appearances for Barca, followed by 118 in 173 outings for PSG, while he has also produced 79 in 128 for Brazil at international level.
However, his 18-month stint at Al Hilal was blighted by injury issues and he scored just one goal in seven games for the Saudi side.
