SaaS Visma has acquired MyCompanyFiles, a French document exchange platform for accounting firms. This is Visma’s third acquisition in France this year in a continuation of its attempt to capture French market.
The financial terms of the deal are undisclosed. MyCompanyFiles will continue to operate with its current management team, and its openness to partnerships with other industry players unchanged.
Visma acquired both accounting software provider Chaintrust and tax filing solutions expert Teledec in January. Founded in Versailles in 2011, it has a revenue of € 2.4 billion in 2023 and employs over 15,000 with 1.8 million customers across Europe and Latin America.
“MyCompanyFiles has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of organisations managing extensive document and data exchanges. Joining Visma enables us to enhance our offerings and expand our reach, driving digital transformation for our clients,” said Charles-Olivier Diebold, CEO of MyCompanyFiles.
“We are ecstatic about collaborating with Visma, a forward-thinking organisation that shares our commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions. This move will allow us to continue to be at the centre of data and document flows and simplify exchanges between our customers and their customers.” he added.
