Helen in
Carmarthen, west Wales: Hi. Why isn’t Gareth Southgate making more
substitutions? Particularly Lewis Dunk?
Phil: Hello, Helen. I

As for Dunk, in my
opinion I don’t recall any circumstances that have called for
his introduction.
