Online gambling provider LeoVegas Group has joined the ranks of the European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA) as a member.
Joining EGBA represents a clear statement by LeoVegas of its commitment to being a key contributor to industry cooperation and standards setting. The operator will leverage its membership to advocate for stronger EGBA representation across key regions, such as the Nordics.
As part of the collaboration, LeoVegas will take an active role in EGBA’s working groups and initiatives on responsible advertising, safer gambling, and the adoption of the latest EU AML rules affecting the digital sector.
One such initiative includes the annual Safer Gambling Week campaign organised by EGBA, with this year’s edition marking record-breaking participation and engagement by reaching 30% more users than the previous year.
