Jins K Joby, 17, a student of St Ephrem’s HSS Mannanam in Kottayam and Tamil Nadu native Baskar Rajalakshmi are the Indians participating in the event.
BWB is attended by 30 boys and 30 girls under 17 years from 15 countries across the Asia-Pacific region. The four-day camp that began Thursday will see the participants train under former NBA and WNBA stars, including Aron Baynes and Cynthia Cooper.
The campers will be coached by Bobby Jackson, assistant coach at Philadelphia 76ers, Jay Larranaga, assistant coach at LA Clippers and two-time NBA All-Star and former NBA head coach Terry Porter.
Besides efficiency drills, three-point contests and 5-on-5 games among other activities will be held at the camp, said NBA in a release.
