Stuttgart to win
We kick off with a Bundesliga mid-table battle on Friday night as Stuttgart host Union Berlin. Neither side are in great current form, with Stuttgart winning just one of their last four league games, and Union Berlin failing to win any of their last four.
That sets this clash up for a likely tight battle, but home advantage could prove to be the key, with Stuttgart losing just one home Bundesliga game in 2024/25.
Union Berlin have only won once on the road in league action this season.

Up next is a trip to Italy, in a contrast to the above, with Atalanta and AC Milan both in red-hot form of late. The hosts have won eight games on the run across Serie A and Champions League action, and AC Milan head to Bergamo unbeaten in seven, including five wins.
A result shout in this game is tricky, so I’m backing goals at Gewiss, with AC Milan scoring three goals in each of their last three away matches.
Atalanta also average over three goals per game based on their own last three fixtures.

Mallorca head to Celta Vigo in Friday’s La Liga game as the visitors look to shake off a 5-1 midweek loss against table toppers Barcelona.
Defeat to the Catalans asidee, Mallorca have impressed this season, with successive league wins prior to that game, They have at least found the back of the net in five of their last six away league games in 2024/25.
Celta Vigo have lost just once at home in their last four league clashes in Galicia with at least one goal scored by them in each encounter.

PSG to win
Luis Enrique’s PSG are riding high with a seven-point lead at the top of Ligue 1 ahead of travelling to Auxerre.
The hosts have lost just once at home in league action this season but the visit of the defending French champions poses a different challenge than previous opponents.
PSG have not lost an away game in Ligue 1 in 2024/25, and even with Auxerre expected to make life difficult for them, Enrique will be banking on three points.
Bradley Barcola to score
France international Bradley Barcola has been the poster boy for Enrique’s new-look PSG this season as the club look to move away from signing mega star Galacticos.
Despite not playing as a central attacker, he is currently the top scorer in Ligue 1, with 10 goals – more than double the amount he managed in 2023/24.
The 22-year-old seems particularly fond of scoring goals away from Paris with his last three league goals coming on the road.
