R&I commissioner outlines plans for European Innovation Act, including around skills and talent
The European Commission is currently assessing the recommendation, made by a group of experts, that it should create a new scheme called Choose Europe to help make the continent a more attractive location for researchers, the new research and innovation commissioner has said.
