Air Canada Vacations (ACV) is hoping to make your life easier and win your clients’ business with its new 2025 Europe Travel Agent Toolkit. It aims to simplify the planning process, highlighting best sellers, top picks and new recommendations to help you match clients with the best European holiday for them. You can request a copy of the toolkit or download a digital version.
More than 240 tours have been curated, with guided, self-guided and partially guided options. You’ll find flight and hotel packages that come with options to add-on activities, excursions, car rentals or transfers; ski packages that include flights, accommodations, ski lift tickets and transfers and options for pre- and post-tour activities; and flight and cruise packages complete with the Cruise Promise guarantee for added benefits and flexibility.
New for 2025 is the “Multi-country Collection” for clients looking to see more of Europe, plus new itineraries in Porto, Naples and Prague, and expanded offerings in Denmark, Iceland and Sweden. Winter enthusiasts may be interested in ski packages in Andorra or Zermatt and St. Moritz in the Swiss Alps. ACV is also offering a Premium collection with upgraded accommodations and services, as well as tours in French.
On the cruise front, ACV is launching flight and cruise packages with Virgin Voyages and CroisiEurope river cruises.
Clients who book before Feb.16 are eligible for savings. Clients can save $400 per pair on Europe tour packages or up to $300 per pair on select Flight & Cruise packages to Europe for travel between April 1, 2025, and Dec 31, 2025.
ACV is running a promotion for advisors, too. Earn a $50 Amazon gift card when you book a Europe tour package or Europe Flight & Hotel package. It’s valid for bookings made between Jan 7 and Feb. 16, 2025, for travel between April 1, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2025.
