On 10-11 April 2025, the European Commission and European Business Summits, will host the 2025 EU-Ukraine Business Summit in Brussels in partnership with Ukraine, Italy as organiser of the 2025 Ukraine Recovery Conference and the Polish EU Presidency. This key event will bring together European investors and business leaders eager to contribute to Ukraine’s reconstruction and economic recovery. 

The EU-Ukraine Business Summit will build upon the success of last year’s Ukraine’s Future Summit, serving as a platform for businesses to explore Ukraine’s investment opportunities. It will also highlight the financial support provided by the European Union to facilitate and encourage EU-based companies to invest in Ukraine’s economic growth and reconstruction.  The Summit will assess Ukraine’s reconstruction within the broader context of European reindustrialisation and highlight crucial reforms that can unlock investments and enhance the country’s business environment.

The two-day Summit is taking place on the road to the 2025 Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) in Rome, offering a comprehensive agenda of panel discussions, hands-on sessions, and workshops specifically tailored for businesses. It will address critical topics such as de-risking investment in wartime, practical guidance on investing in Ukraine, access to finance for SMEs, Ukraine’s role in the EU Single Market, the intersection of reconstruction and European reindustrialisation, and EU accession reforms unlocking new business opportunities. The event will also showcase success stories from Ukraine, offering insights into the progress and impact of the implementation of the EU’s Ukraine Investment Framework to date.

The EU-Ukraine Business Summit will take place at a critical political moment, offering a forum for the EU and its member states to deliver the message that Europe is stepping up and showing leadership in Ukraine. The format will also allow to bring in firm supporters of Ukraine from beyond the EU.
