In the clip, Ainsley Earhardt says, “When you go to Europe, the food is delicious. It’s so fresh. And you don’t gain weight if you eat a big bowl of pasta. So we want that to come here to America.”

People have a lot to say about this one!

A bunch of people pointed out that it has nothing to do with the food. It’s the walking.

“If you take 16,000 steps per day while touring museums in the United States, you can eat pasta without gaining weight,” this person said.

“The U.S. lacks walkable cities, while Europeans walk everywhere,” another person chimed in.

And this person said, “Europeans are healthier on average because they live in human friendly infrastructure that promotes mobility and exercise.”

Then, there are the jokes.

“This is downright anti-American smh,” one person said.

“This is like listening to an annoying liberal in 1999,” another person said.

And lastly, we have this *food* for thought: “These people lost their minds for eight years because Michelle Obama planted a vegetable garden at the White House.”
